I remember taking a graduation-from-pre-kindergarten photo with myself, my wife and our kid.
I didn’t feel as much a part of the family as here, at that time (I had only been called “Mom” once at that point and at one point, in anger she said “Mama is my ONLY mom!”) but reading this made me have a happy cry
