This was definitely worth the time to read. Maya's character was particularly well-done, and I'm glad she found her happy ending, even if it was with Michiru—who, I have to admit, I still find somewhat unlikable. She should have been more steadfast in her love, and fought harder to get Maya.

I wish I could see more of them as I've come to appreciate and adore them all, but I'm happy to see the story get its ending and that it's not as tragic as it once seemed like it could be

Ultimately, I thought I'd sympathize more with Michiru, but I didn't. For most of the manga, I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth because of the messed up things she did to Maya. After all the betrayals and abandonment, I still wish Maya had more self-love/respect so she wouldn't go back to the person who hurt her so much. I usually get annoyed when a male love interest appears for the characters in a GL manga. In this case, I even wish Maya had resolved her issues and broken up with her former classmate; he deserved her much more than Michiru did.
