Phew, all caught up to your scanlation \o/ I just want to say thanks again for what a treat this has been to read so far, I definitely see why Oishinbo had such long lasting success. And your well researched post-chapter notes are really the icing on the cake! Oishinbo does such deep dives on unfamiliar elements of cuisine that I think my appreciation would be halved without them, not to mention how difficult doing my own legwork would be operating solely off of English research materials.

Thank you so much! You seem pretty experienced with some of the food items showcased too, and you've provided me a lot of great insight with your commentary. In the end, my notes are still just armchair research. Nothing beats actual experience.
