Also, happy to say I was able to guess the catch this time based on previous chapters. Kurita was such a spitfire this chapter, too.

I have a lot of fun translating. Sometimes I get a bit silly with it.

And yes, Kenji is an incredible food scientist, very methodical with his science and yet, flexible enough to know when certain results can be ignored in favour of personal taste. He earns my respect.
