The thing is you re not supposed to even allow it if you think it's too dangerous
The dungeon gate are monitored, it would be easy to stop minor from dungeon diving
Letting them go inside yet forbidding them to do any profit is nonsensical. She isn't even interning with any experienced adult she is self made

Casinos don't let kids gamble period for example. They aren't let at the blackjack table to "play for nothing".
