Sure sure, and he should totally deny who he is and pretend to be the total opposite of who he is... NOT. He just doesn't care about what other people say about his appearance, he acts like a NORMAL TEENAGER. It's the school of prejudiced sheltered rich kids ostracizing him out of ignorance that is the problem

He's not even a real delinquent, he'd not act like the complete opposite or anything. Let's remember he's actually a rich kid with worldy knowledge. In fact his unique upbringing probably makes him not a normal teenager but that's just my opinion
I'm talking of how he has been corteous and mindful of Yuuki's reputation in school since the begining, It feels weird for him to act more suspicious when he's aware they are getting tailed. (Likely just a hook for next chapter but it's a bit out of character)

While I do know that he is not a bad guy, the delinquent part about him is stuck from others perspective because he doesn’t care about what other says while the premise of the story was, the school was for the good families to tie some relationship between them.

All and all, those 3 girls future will be bleak when they rat them and the next thing they know in the future is the fact that they will not have yuuki’s family backing because she will be the next head in the long run lol

He actually doesn't act anything like a delinquent. They just call him a delinquent solely based on his dyed hair. To typical older generation Japanese and these rich kids, just simply dying hair makes a person a delinquent.
