Isnt her name Ruri and not Rui?
Also if you take into account what the Queen said about that no Elfs had died in several decades in the kingdom and all that, then wouldnt it be logical to think that this would not be Ruri (who misspelled her name), but instead be her mom/grandmother and Alice mom? And maybe the reason Ruris parents are never home and instead are traveling around the World making sweets, is because they travel together with Alice mom?
