Clever of the author… giving fans of both girls reason for hope without pissing off either one. Fans of Kyan get a chapter where she practically confesses and nominal MC says he likes the Kyan who speaks Uchinaaguchi, fans of Kana get the flip side that it was only a dream… which means that if MC has the brain cells of a paramecium he has to realize the implication that if Kana is making all this effort to be able to talk to him, she likes him (whereas Kyan isn't making any such effort).
