One of the most satisfying things in these kind of works is anticipating the inevitable comeuppance for the shitty family. If it doesn't happen, the author is an a---hole...

Just a note: the actual tile for border marquis is margrave.

Edit: sorry, I know I am annoying, but I would like to point a couple more things. Your grace is only for dukes; your lord or, better, your lordship are the appropriate titles. Also, please use the proper pronouns. You can't have a character refer to the lord whike to someone else saying your lordship; use his lordship.
Thank you for the translation, I hope my points will help you. 😊

Jesus Christ, the art is from 20 years ago.
@blackLuna Ouran was 18 years ago.

This isn't a criticism, just an observation.

Only this type of art style is still in use. Less common, true, but that's it. As for whether or not what your comment was criticism, you might want to reread what you wrote — beginning with "Jesus Christ" sure sounds like one.

That definitely sounds like a criticism and not an expression of shock. Anyway, here's a link to a "completely unrelated" meme:

That was exactly my point. It came across as critical, not surprised.

Small point of usage: it's either "criticism" (no article) or "a critique" — never "a criticism." "Criticism" is an uncountable noun (as is "praise," "trash," "scum," and so on). (I know I accidentally failed to edit out the article when I posted my reply — rephrasing problems. Sorry for any resulting confusion.)
