If you're referring to the fact that they sort of seemed to joke about BL being for brain-dead people—that's not actually the intended joke; it was a pun on "fujoshi" (lit. "rotten woman", which is itself a self-deprecating pun on a different word pronounced "fujoshi" that more or less just means "woman").
