While I think the best idea is to read the other chapters (they aren't long, often <10 or even <5 pages), here is my try in summarizing it:

The woman who fell was really down on her luck and wanted to escape her situation by suicide. She was stopped by a talking tanuki (the one who is being talked about all the time in this chapter) and then transformed into a tanuki herself, where she could enjoy a carefree life. But she turned back into a human and got better. Then she met the tanuki from time to time, while the tanuki meets other people and helps them. Sometimes by transforming them into tanuki, sometimes by transforming himself into his human form and helping them out as human. In general a relaxing, healing kind of story.

I also suggest reading the previous chapters, many are not very long.

But anywho, the characters so far are:

Koganemaru (blonde guy with hat, tanuki): the first tanuki we saw, the one being talked about here, and also the most productive of all the tanuki we've seen. Collects ingredients to earn money, uses transformations to help people, and offers tanukihood to suicidal humans. Looks like a blonde dude with a baseball cap in human form.

Yuki (human -> tanuki): blonde office lady in this chapter. Seems to be the first human who agreed to be a tanuki. Likes Koganemaru. In the process of quitting her job.

Old man tanuki: has bushy eyebrows in tanuki and human form. Apparently does a hilarious scrotum dance. Self-proclaimed dandy. Az is his grandson.

Hayato (human): blonde hair in sort of an m shape. A host who used to be a huge jerk but turned over a new leaf thanks to being turned into a tanuki and then helped by Himuga. Considers Himuga his mentor (lol)

Himuga (human): a nice little boy. Has picked up a few host tactics from Hayato. Has parents who seem nice but also too meek to tell Hayato to go away 😅

Ramen dad and daughter (humans): dad had maybe 6 months left and his ramen tasted awful cuz he lost a lot of his taste buds. Daughter decided to spend more time with him and start learning to make ramen, in the process he started taking better care of himself and has more time left. Her ramen now tastes very good.

Azukimaru -> Az (tanuki): Black hair plus choker. An "evil" tanuki who tries to convince humans to succumb to the dark side. Fortunately this always results in the humans doing way better somehow. Pretty Chuuni, net worth 10 yen.

Rin (tanuki): most of her deal is evident from this chapter, but also the grandma has a biological grandson and she seems to like him.

Tanukichi -> Tanuma Shoukichi (tanuki): black haired man and his wife Riku (human): black fluffy hair and glasses. Shoukichi thinks Riku doesn't know he's a tanuki (no) and is grateful she hasn't noticed any inconsistencies (no), Riku thinks Shoukichi is only with her out of gratitude (no) and is grateful that he doesn't realize that the marriage registration she handwrote for them isn't legal (this one's true.)
