I know that the world is very nuanced and people have complex feelings, but as someone with trouble to socialize, this type of people/character no matter how much they change, will always leave a "bad taste" about them in the back of my mind

the "bad taste" u mentioned just because u happen to witness their troublemaker side.
if u met the person without "bad taste" , its just because u didnt witness their troublemaker side back then, you only enjoy the side of them after they changed

I get what you mean now, its unfair to disregard someone for what they did on the past, but to simply forget and let it go is not the right way to go about it too in my view.
Sorry for responding randomly now, after so much time and passing for many things and even for the first time I needed to break bonds with people that I carely deeply, kinda start to see things differently. Still difficult to socialize and understand feelings(mine and of others), but atleast I try to not be unfair and never leave something unfinished now

i worked in this office for 2-3 year and my boss liked me
if he know what i did in previous office, he might not like me as much ( sleep while working, arriving late )
of course right now i didnt do that , hence he liked me

also its not really a bother, i just happened to be online right now after reading other mangas
