On search results page, pressing 'More' should also expand the synopsis, not only the tags

On mobile (edit: desktop too) version of site when you are looking at the search results, you can see the manga cover, its title, the synopsis, and its tag list. By default, the tag list and synopsis are truncated. There is a 'More' button but pressing it only expands the tag list.

Suggestion: pressing 'More' should also expand the synopsis.

Reason: I have to open up all of the manga main pages that I find interesting in new tabs just to read their synopses; it ought to instead be all possible on the search results page
