Fish head is considered a delicacy! Another famous thing is fish-head curry from south-east asian region. When I show it to some european friends they say it looks like it's something from a horror illustration.

This is a very relevant chapter for me, my local supermarket just started stocking salmon head. It's so cheap that it's very tempting, but I've never dealt with something like that before.
