fun whimsical chapter. i like the idea of the underground not just being a horrible labour camp, but a sort of enchanted unreal space where their poor mental health can lead to distortions. i also love that the gift they get from santa, instead of being something wholesome or sentimental, is just a can of beer lol.

he has a set of legit dice and the loaded 4/5/6 ones which he switches in and out

This had me on edge from start to finish so this is now the 2nd supernatural occurrence underground... Not counting the indestructible rock friend.
I'd say they're all tripping from poor air and malnourishment but Tonegawa's and Ichijou's spinoffs have supernatural things happening too! Is it possible that the malevolent restless souls surrounding Kazuya just get outsourced to wherever it's relevant in Teiai? Lol
