Definitely needed another editing pass. There's a bunch of untranslated panels that were missed.

The ones i can see are:
First page, the chapters title: concourse de mascottes, should be Mascot Competition
Page 2, panel 4, and page 3, panel 2, Ouais!!!, should be Yeah!!
Page 5, panel 5, La princesse sirene qui l'accompagne est trop mimi!, should be The mermaid princess that accompanies him is too cute!
Page 6, panel 2, huh huh sieur Nezopp... , should be wah wah Sir Noseopp-chin-sama (which is what she calls him in the English version, because Shirahoshi addresses everyone as sama, I don't remember if Shirahoshi knows Usopp's name, which is probable why she would address him by nose, however after hearing Kamei talk, and Kamie addresses everyone as chin, so she addas a double honorific chin-sama, for most of the strawhats)
Page 14, the translators note, explaining that Luffy calls Trafalgar Traffy, and that Traffy sounds like Tora, and that Tora in Japanese means tiger, hence why people think the mascot will be a tiger instead
Page 16, Mascot 10 Citrouille, should be Pumpkin, Mascot 9 C'est une Giraffe, should be This is a Giraffe, and Mascot 11 Poirer-man, i don't know what the joke here is frankly, a pearman? since they have 2 other fruit mascots, but i don't see the relationship between Hawking and Drake and Pears, specially since they are part of the animal kingdom pirates... but maybe that's the joke that they went with a fruit instead of an animal
