The design of mad cyborg is pretty cool. It looks like he has a halo above his head.
Still I feel like since the hero killer arc, there hasn't been a truly powerful opponent. Like, to be fair, none of them was a threat to Saitama, but unlike the alien invasion, or the hero killer, there were threats. This arc does not have any aside cool showing from Saitama.
