Nothing, as far as I know. Maybe that guy just can't handle a bit of spice.
Before this manga, this artist has drawn some similar WataMote manga and Touhou, some lewds, but nothing close to NSFL.
Also, holy crap, they've been at it for 15 years now.

It was just meant as a saracstic comment. I was accidentally looking at the works from a different kotobuki, and didn’t think to correct my post. It was a bunch of bear and orc bl doujins, completely opposite from onimai.
