Ok, those two chapter feels a bit odd regarding how their mom knew all along. Then why did Mihari panicked when learning she'd be back for a few days ? Could have simply said that calmly and explained she knew right away. Same with going along with the whole "he's away" lie. If she knew, there's literally no need to tell her that.
