Thanks for picking this up by the way, it's a nice little series. It surprised me how much the original and the ghibli movie differ, but they're both fun.

Sometimes it's really like that. I find myself incredibly charmed by this series; it feels like such an honest recounting of an age that can be lost to sentimentality pretty easily. This chapters kind of bitter feeling.... that shitty childhood feeling of kind of. Knowing something is wrong in a big way but....
But still you can't bring yourself to like that kid.
