Kind of think the whole 'oh it's an isekai but we never mention that after the second chapter' is simply to give the author an excuse to shoehorn in all the explanation of the world in as lazy a manner as possible for their equally lazy audience, rather than just showing the world working and expecting the readers to go to the trouble to piece it together.

Frankly I like the way this series handles it. Any shit with the MC acting like a weird pervert because of his previous life is kept to an absolute minimum. He's got the body and environment of a teenage girl, it makes sense that he would be influenced by it.
