If you have toggled pornographic option off in Settings, hentai won't show up in updates or while browsing. The warning only comes when you click a direct link with the option off, informing you that you have disabled the type of content. Hentai also won't show up in browse or updates if you are not logged in, direct link will work but you get the warning.

This is odd, as a guest user erotic manga do not show up by default, if you think there is a bug you should report asap to MD staff.

This is not possible, as a guest user hentai manga do not show up by default, even if you have a basic account, the only way to see 18+ content is enabling the option in your profile settings manually.
If you think there is a bug that bypass the filter you should report asap to MD staff.

Because you have cookies and password enabled in your browser (chrome?) and so the settings are permamently saved in your windows temp folder.

Because you have cookies and password enabled in your browser (chrome?) and so the settings are permamently saved in your windows temp folder (default is c:\windows\temp) and chrome profile folder, even if you close the browser and reopen it, the settings are loaded everytime.

To delete all the cookies, go to your browser settings and check "delete cookies when you close the browser", then go to the password settings and delete the mangadex password stored there, lastly close the browser, then browse the temp folder in windows directory and delete all the files inside to be sure.
Now you should return to be a user guest and you need to log-in again to access your account.
If this work, remember to leave active "delete all the cokies when you close your browser" and "do not store any password" setting.

Anyway, i just tried to log-out and all hentai titles disappeared, so the filter work perfectly for me.

I am using private Chrome browser on my ipad, so cookies and password shouldnt matter. I also just tried to turn off the 18+ option off, but this hentai still showed up even after I tried login out again and closing Chrome. So I believe its a bug where hentai series shows up with it turned off and even if you are not even logged in to begin with.

So I Will try to contact an admin
