Fucking Finally! Someone calls out the whole "they have a feature that is similar to a dog so they must be a dog" thing, more specifically I'm referring to the chocolate thing because so often I see people equate the two, even when the person in question only has ears, not even a tail or fur. Just because the character is designed after a dog does not mean they will kill over from touching chocolate, even normal dogs don't all immediately die from eating the smallest amount of chocolate.
And that's not even getting into the different physiology that a Beast-kin, Therianthrope, furry, monster person or whatever you want to call them would potentially have compared to the animal they are based off of, or weather the problem is related to a species wide allergy rather then physiology itself.

For what it's worth, Tsumiki Ogami did this too. 'No, I'm fine with chocolate?' Actually there's a lot about this little series that reminds of that manga, which is one of the reasons I grabbed it. Wolf Papa here could be Yutaka-kun.
