Like what's your goal here? I'm seriously asking this. This series already have another willing scanlator who updates regularly. Sure, you brought this series to our knowledge but then you decided to go radio-silent for months on end then expect you can come back to this series, irregularly scanlate whatever chapters you feel like doing without any backlash (people telling you to just drop this series)?

Please just consider sticking to your guns in the first place instead of this spite-inducing behavior.

You feel a certain type of way I get it, its okkkk, but no own truly owns this series besides the author and the publisher, so anyone can scanlate it, butt I can assure you that i was working on those chapters (translations are done, just need cleaning and ts), and tbh it just felt like a waste of a time releasing those when another person has released them. To me, it’s not about proving anything or being spiteful, it’s just me and other people contributing how and when they can. If readers benefit from getting multiple versions, then that’s not a bad thing, pick and choose what version you want to read. also i dont care about the 'dropping' backlash, because I will never drop it, so keep it coming, I don't really care about that, I'm just passionate at the end of the day.

ok so riddle me this: following your logic, it wouldn't make sense for you to release chapter 24 and 25 since the other person already finished it before you? If it's only by a day or two then that's fine, but here you're 4-6 days behind (not to mention the other is on his lonesome for the project while you are two TEAMS collaborating). If you work efficiency is so bad that you cannot keep up with a one-man-team then I highly suggest you restructure your groups and get your stuff together.

Ok I agree with the first sentence no questions asked there. About the backlash part, it was never about you dropping. It was about the sporadic nature of your uploads in terms of what chapters you're scanning. Let me remind you that you came back to this series with chapter 18 (raw released on February 17th 2025) on March 16th 2025 while the other person was at chapter 17 (released on March 10th 2025) while trying to catch up. This is what is classified as "sniping behavior" by majority of MD users. It makes you look like a "passionate" sniper more than anything (although you only did chapter 19 before deciding to skip straight to 24 and 25, not sure if this exudes "passion" to me). And I can attest that many in this website despise snipers, hence the backlash you face currently.
I hope you comprehend what I'm trying to convey to you.
