Thanks for picking this up. If possible, I'd like to suggest that the scanlator make a group here on MD and claim it (even a 1-person group is fine if this was a solo effort) so the releases can also be recorded in MangaUpdates. MU's site rules don't accept "No Group" releases...

Also, typo on the chapter title: should be "extreme" instead of "extream"
