I see where you’re going but if you think about it, Miho is the last person to sit down in the row meaning that Ai went first followed by Nadeshiko and then Megumi. What if Ai and Miho are dating and too shy (just like Nadeshiko and her girlfriend …probably Megumi) to sit next to each other in front of their friends and Miho decides to sit in the furthest spot? Leaving Nadeshiko and Megumi together in the middle. Hence, Nadeshiko sipping her drink in nervousness when they first sit and Megumi saying “it’s like a private screening”
Plus the obvious foot touching and whispering to each other. Like that’s a whole other level of “friendship”
