I personally think it would be awesome if we had an option to have every updated manga show up in the follows feed, even if it's delayed on this site due to the delay policy.
I'm not all that bothered about having to go to one of the many translator sites for a new chapter, as long as I know there is actually a chapter there.
So if we could get an option to have it display in the updated section, that'd be nice. Just make it off by default for all the people who'd rather wait so they can read it here on MangaDex.
ps. This idea has apparently already been suggested, I just didn't look for it hard enough. Ohh well.
