Okay, we're introducing yet another new element into this and adding more lore but it's not really expanding on the main issues we still need to discuss and generally open up the base plot.
Unless somehow the matter of these weapons will become a key element of the story and tie back to the original issue of the plot, such as the disappearance of the MC's partner and the heroine's backstory and key in to the downfall of her father.
