The author really wants us to treat this like a mystery when he has given us absolutely no reason whatsoever to believe that he is even physically capable of drawing a flat-chested female character.

You're not wrong, but school vice-prez seems to be... somewhat normally-proportioned? I'd say there's still potential for a twist here
