If I remember well, Yukito visits his aunt once a month and she is saying things like "I want to have your children" and even "forget" a condom on his bed, but he sees these act as a"joke"

For page 44, the only thing i could think of is that its an abstract analogy referring to breast milk since powdered milk is a kind that doesn't need be be refrigerated--perhaps meaning that Yukito decided that he didn't need his mother (breast milk) at an early age, and was able to function on his own (powdered milk) (hence the next page) and instead of trying to help, his mother accepted it and gave more attention (breast milk) to Yuri......or i could be completely wrong

The Sanjoji-sensei last chapter and now the stuff with MCs aunt, they're treated as if we've already seen these things but we haven't. Why do these women think that the kid would want to fuck them in the first place? Even before he was mistreated, sex was never what he wanted from them (except maybe for his CHF?). He just wanted the bare minimum of mutual respect with these women and he couldn’t even get that. Guess what? He’s still not getting that either.
