Honestly the "+H" in the title got me thinking this was going to be something much, MUCH different. Anyways, that synopsis wasn't lying, the 3rd girl really spiced things up. This spin-off tried to write a story with a different vibe and direction from its original source. Even the cutesy artstyle got changed half-way through. As a result, this really had nothing to do with Oreshura (except for the characters and setting), since there's very little rom-or-com involved, characters have drastically different personality (as well as actually having development) and the plot is weirdly realistic. It feels more like a fan fiction than an extension of the series it's adapting from, and probably should have been a standalone series. But as it is, it's actually a fairly decent read.
