I do not think that is fair, she clearly has a power. Much like his he is clearly under some form of control. He is acting so off its clear he is controlled, she also has clear targets. And she is 100% a murderer, she knows her bodies effects yet keeps going after rich men, and putting them at risk eventually killing them.
Her power seems to be a very strong charm spell that hits men, it overwhelms them when she is naked, but it is always active.

That's fair, but he does have a pattern, classmate, teacher, etc. I half expect him to follow the same pattern and chicken out at the very last second (wholly justified in this case, so not a problem).

I also expect him to see her in her birthday suit, survive, say something cheesy and she falls for him for real, thus bagging a widow for the harem.
