I'm pretty sure everyone has noticed the varying quality of the artwork in this chapter as well.
This is what Mayu Hamura had to say about that:
'I'm sorry for uploading a rough draft again. I'll update it once I have the final product. I haven't been feeling well mentally, and I've been trying to find a way to keep a consistent schedule whilst still maintaining my health'.
So, she's basically on a mental health break now. She hasn't uploaded any new chapters in a month, so I think we can safely assume that the manga is on hiatus.
Either way, I hope she feels better soon.

Tasteless joke aside, my understanding is that it's all too common in the manga industry to be worked like a dog and treated like less than one. I hope she is able to find some mental peace. Not for the manga's sake, just in general.
