That is for sure the dilemma but I think a lot would agree that life under some circumstances is not worth it, there is a dignity to proper death. Like, if in our world, some dude showed up and proved he could ressurect the dead by raping their corpses, the overwhelming response would be 'You know what, I'd rather die thanks', not lining up with their kids' corpses.

But as I always say, if this wasn't the whole ecchi premise, Yuu should be able to cure anyone by making them ingest any bodily fluid or rubbing his blood on a cut.

The context matter though. A surgeon stripping a dying emergency patient would technically constitute an assault. Like most taboo subjects like cannibalism and desecrating corpses there is occasionally a context that makes it necessary like starvation and autopsies.

The second point still stands, but this isn’t that type of manga and the comedy is gold.
