"snap back to being nutted in" Makes no sense in this case because he had already finished. He untied her heck and then started trying to untie her hands before she regained consciousness.

In chapter 2 we can see her beating up some guy, and in this chapter we see her say she's going to kill him after she realizes that he is a man. I suspect that she just hates men for some reason. (Maybe the first guy was he ex boyfriend who cheated on her? idk)
