I slightly feels bad for the enemy because he doesn't even scratch Caucasus and not even realize he is melting
Still he deserve it for what he had done

Is it even possible for the other jobs to stay relevant after spreading the knowledge?

Kirin and Quilin are the same thing.
Its just a difference in language.
The qilin is the Chinese version, while the kirin is Japanese.

Kind of like colour and color.
Uhhhh, isn't Kirin just the romanji for the japanese, but they are pronounced the same?

Also in my genius I thought "Qui-lin" but nope... it is "Chee-lin" :|

Wait that answers my own question lol, japanese would be Ki-lin. Since it would have used Chi for Chee.

No, it's not the true form of a tamer. It's an MC cheat tamer.

This was nearly the whole chapter
Yeah, that's exactly what I thought about.

Kirin and Quilin are the same thing.

There are a lot of mythological beasts Japan got from China (and other countries, but mostly China) which have their own name. It's no different from how names from Norse mythology as spelled differently depending on which language you're speaking. Like "Odin" can be spelled "Oden", "Wotan", "Woden", and a bunch of other spellings not compatible with an English keyboard.

I love how good Niwa is at showing how fucked a character is at impact. It’s at such an artistic level that if it had color, you could print it and hang it on the wall so you can chat about it with some pretentious ppl over wine and champagne

If anything, it sounds like tamer will not be a relevant job, but a go-to subjob. Or a money sink job if MC & other tamer willing to trade. $ for info, $ for food, $ for evo materials. Have a significant other going alone somewhere dangerous? Dying & want someone to protect descendents? Pay/bribe local tamer for required stuff. Business can use them as an alternative workforce. Pretty sure it turn into a noble past time first before market calm down enough for other job to even look at it.

Sounds plausible, considering the job is locked behind random. Also, there is a chance that MC isn't telling the whole truth. Like, maybe Kirin doesn't trade with just anyone. Maybe it's his job to balance everything out.
