Honestly “resurrecting the dead” doesn’t seem like much of a leap for a “tamer” class in this setting. He’s basically a summoner at this point, with “divine power” as a backup.

It reminds me of FFXIV’s summoner class, which is also one of the few to have a resurrection ability while being an offensive class.

he may still resurrect by reading the brain, but i doubt it would be complete 100%. all in all it's not what human should ever wield, even for "goodness"

i think its like: cause im a tamer i know how to control the flow of mana so i can mostly understand how to work with the god tech

Yeah, that seems fair. The author has setup a few times that his knowledge of controlling mana is key to his “taming” skills. So to then say the key to the resurrection is ALSO mana control… even if it’s a bit of a trope, I’ll give the author credit that he’s kept the explanation “within the rules of the world” so far.

I’m sure we all know PLENTY of manga where things happen “because!” all the time lol. At least the author here is TRYING to have it make sense 🤣

I think the most ridiculous part in this manga is probably the Qilin. A diving being sealing the four calamitous beasts that can also be summoned to get two tamer-specific items that only seem to exist to justify why MC's tames are so powerful. And one of the items is just a drug.
