The first 13 pages would've been so nice as a chapter if it wasn't for the violence that happened to the protagonist (no, I am not forgiving that even if this manga is sweeping it under the rug), and we can't even pretend it didn't happen because Kanji's broken arm in a sling serves as a constant reminder each chapter.
And now we have a downer ending for the chapter because Christina's unlikable killjoy asshat of a brother just had to throw a bucket of ice cold water on his sister's dreams while they were out enjoying life at a festival. Can't we even wait after the festival for something like this? Nice fireworks are going off and her husband, who's supposed to be her lover, is nowhere nearby. It's so unromantic and a complete mood killer.
Page 19 serves as a perfect depiction of how the joy of reading this has been drained from this story by this arc. Better times can't come any faster.

Thirdly, you track her down and get yourselves stranded here and don't even take her feelings into consideration when she has someone she loves here and is pregnant with a child because of that?
