Cute story, a nice look at their little personal romance drama in a way that's somewhat general enough for others to engage with it. The notes thing seems a little pointless, at least the gossip of the people about how it seems kinda creepy. It kinda set up flags that made it seem like it'd come back with her or someone discovering them and putting strain on the relationship.

Still, the art is great. Like it's really good and I hope to see more from this dude. It's always nice to see this kind of shading style, and the character designs are simple but distinct and nice to see.
