That chapter hit hard. Just yesterday (a Friday) I was telling colleagues on a conference call that, for me, Friday is a Top 2 Worst Day of the Week because over the last few years it has seemed like Fridays are full of meetings, tons of email, emergencies... Being in operations, I'm typically working like 12+ hours on Fridays to try to clean the plate before Monday and minimize what I have to do over the weekend.
