The hook to this was the old party. After that was resolved it became a bit generic.

Do you think they'll bring Emi back as a potential love rival for Shannon the Elf-chan? She seems to have been the only one from the original party that might be redeemable and it was obvious that she had feelings for him (even without the "you can date him" comment by Isaac the Scum-kun) and deeply regretted her betrayal.
