The only downside I find with the official publisher site is that if I’m not up to date I can’t read the episodes without the app and an account, so I get you.

Hopefully one day it gets a physical release wherever you are so you can enjoy this story again

Checked letter by letter, and yes (it says Etchan, by Google translate). It's probably one of those hated (by me, at least) things that official translations do that is interpreting everything to the point of removing the japanese soul of the mangas in some cases. In this case, they probably removed the "-chan" and changed the nickname for something more "normal" (because, supposedly, English readers would bug or feel offended with the "-chan" thing, idk). Thas how we also got the horrible sounding "chachachacha" instead of "nananana" too some chapters ago (and "onigiri" became "meatball" somewhere else in history, probably Pokémon if I'm not mistaken).

I use the Brave browser. It blocks ads out of the box, including YT ads with no scripting monkey business that is (or was?) required with Chrome.
