It is so dumb, WE WILL READ ABOUT SCUMMY AND FUCKED UP CHARACTERS, she really should stop making them the side piece and piss off the rom-com fan who was lured in by a basic premise and rug-pulled (again) by the bullshit, the real story she wanted to write.

I’d say this chapter is more about the side couple giving our (slow) main couple an example how it is like to flirt and date in public.
Chikage is just foil, at least that’s how I think about it.

I haven't rated this one but I have grown to dislike it. Which was a surprise to me because I rather like a handful of the author's other works.

I'd agree with you if they had their own manga where they were the main characters (I mean, I guess they do have their own porno manga. But you get what I mean). The majority of progress and chapters thus far have been in regards to Marika and Shouma, so much so that I can't fault anyone for jokingly or seriously thinking that they're the main characters.

All the while, progress with Sawa and Oota (the main couple, or at least supposed main couple) has been rather stagnant for a while. What makes that especially frustrating is that there've been moments where you'd think they'd do something only for it to be status quo, as though they learned or gained nothing. Instead we're given more Marika and Shouma, as well as roadblocks that make you question why they were even added because it's not like we even left the driveway yet in the first place.

Its not really anything to do with the internet. On some sites I see very few extreme scores. The score is instead settled around the 5-7 mark (which seems more appropriate for this story). It seems something to do uniquely with mangadex, perhaps due to many people reading for the first time and assigning extreme scores as a result

Literally nothing happened for 30 chapters. The main characters are non-existent and then we have the side characters who escaped from scums wish. Their whole personality is that they are fucking. Thats all. Literally thats it. They are also portraid as trash humans if im not mistaken. I remember the girl wanted to be a prostitute to show the dude she doesnt care or something like that. Thats all i can remember from this manga. Tbh even juujika makes more sense than this. I dont even know why i have this bookmarked. Heelp

You could argue that 1 star is too much hating, but in reality there is really nothing going for this manga. Story doesnt, all of the characters are boring in fact they are annoying too and the art is mid at best too. I have thos on 3 star personally but i might lower it to 2 star at least

The whole chapter was just the cast looking at each other and realizing the new girl is basically the amalgamation of all the bad parts of them and turning it up to 11
