Lmao, on first read it feels like dark comedy, and it is dark comedy.

But on some thinking, woman casually ask him if he still wants their photo together and she throw it away when he said MAYBE NO.
So yes, perhaps he tells her to GTFO as he convinced, that she does not have any lingering feeling towards him anymore other than as a free lodging and he throw away all the stuffs from their dating days.
