Well for now in the RAW there's still no event that lead him to make his heart race to transform him again so maybe it will saved for later... It might be cool to see his dragon form again tough because it's actually look really cool..

It's already weird in the first place that normal human can just transform into dragon in the first place just because a hormon drug.. it's either just a drug joke or intentional thing that he has a dormant dragon genes
