Both Kaoru and Shizuka are so shady i cant help but be nervous whenever theyre on page as well od doubtful of the things they say, author doesn't help with always giving Shizuka well placed angles where you cant see her full face/expressions when shes talking giving us even more distrust of her since you cant see her face you assume shes not being genuine.

With Kaoru its the opposite we always get focus on her face but her unchanging expression makes her feel somewhat creepy and emotionless, she knows shes beautiful and that just talking with people will catch their attention and shes always giving out compliments and bringing the conversation away from herself to not give out any self-info, she just screams manipulating bitch lol.
