You must be really really new here.

A good percentage of Mangadex comments are just light novel readers saying "Okay but in the LN this is what ACTUALLY happened".

So while I don't know personally cuz I don't read LNs, there's a humungous amount of evidence that adaptations of WNs and LNs aren't always followed to the letter and are sometimes egregiously abridged for no good reason or will even outright change plot details.
