Chia wants to be a mom
Maybe 2nd year, but yeah a newbie. She's 23 probably. Chia's age was updated to 23 around the same time (Ch 18) went Kento went from MS to HS. Depending on birthdays the two women could be nearly a year apart too.
That age (and that ass) explains why the student (Kinoshita?) was hitting on her a bit.
