I may have lost my virginity over a decade ago, but I guess I’m not dirty-minded enough to have made the same conclusion on that final page.

I think I was simply paying attention to their cute conversation up until then, and her last reaction that tells us she‘s starting to fall for his gentle and earnest ways.

I will admit, I focused more on the conversational and cuddly side of being in a relationship, both in general and with my old love, and also she seemed the horny one (talking about my ex).

Anyway, this was about when the anime's first episode ended. It basically had the same story beats that these first three full chapters did (not counting the fractional chapters, but the full Chapter 1, 2, and 3). I'm watching back through the first couple episodes to make sure, but I could have sworn the anime told more or less the same story, minus a few pieces of dialog and internal thoughts here and there. Kinda made me wonder why people say the pacing is different, when it seemed like the same moments all the way up to Ch.10 (about where I stopped before deciding to do this), but here I am to double-check.

I'll probably proceed from 10 on after I catch up with re-watching the anime to those events. Looking forward to that second season, whenever it comes.
