I don't know if the EN book has any bonus or not, have not had the time to open its plastic warp.

The English official translations do not translate any bookstore exclusive bonus content, no. However, since this vol. 5 special edition booklet compiled all of the bonuses from Vol. 1–4 in one place, they may translate this to compensate. It's quite unlikely though, to be honest. Most of the time it's up to us fans to collect all the bonus content lest it becomes lost media

When you buy the special edition version, you also get this booklet with the normal manga volume. It is a separate booklet and physical. Additionally, Mahiru will have a different expression on the volume cover for the special edition : )

Hey, that 'special bonus story' at the end of this was actually in the anime! They brought that exchange into it! It was adorable in both forms.

Also, I think I'll take a break from reading this story at the end of this volume, even though there's two more chapter parts for the next volume ready. I want to wait until there's more on-hand to read.

I'll maybe read or watch something else for awhile.

Although a little out of place with what's going on in the current chapter

Admittedly, it was spelled out where the 'special bonus story' was meant to be wedged in. It even got added to the anime- it shows up right after Itsuki and Chitose leave to stay at Chitose's place- literally cuts to Mahiru stuttering about "W-with Mr. Bear?" with the implication Amane just told her what picture he was shown. It's around minute 8 of Episode 7, for reference. It happens just before the drama arrives.

Most of the other short extras go into their appropriate chapters, of course. I know the steamed buns were mentioned at some point, at least, presumably during Volume 4. And the hand cream I want to say might have been squeezed into that one time we saw them walk past each other in the school hall, or it's just a moment similar to that shortly after her birthday. Most of the rest seemed pretty obvious to me.
